谁能看到你的 Turnitin 相似度报告？四种可见性设置详解

Turnitin 给老师四种向学生开放相似度报告的方式：立即、批改后、截止日后、永不开放。用哪一种由老师在该作业的设置里决定——不是 Turnitin 决定，也不取决于你文件的大小或内容。报告不见了、变灰、或过段时间才出现，第一件事就是问：这门作业用的是四个设置里的哪一个。

Turnitin 学生版指南「Accessing the Similarity Report and similarity score for students」（guides.turnitin.com）原文写明了四种开放方式：

"The Similarity Report can be made available to students in one of four ways: Immediately: The Similarity Report is available to students immediately upon submission. After the assignment is graded: The Similarity Report is available to students after the instructor has graded the assignment. After the due date: The Similarity Report is available to students after the assignment due date. Never: The Similarity Report is never available to students."（可以通过以下四种方式之一向学生提供 Similarity Report：立即：学生在提交后立即可查看 Similarity Report。在作业评分后：教师在为作业评分后，学生即可查看 Similarity Report。在截止日期后：学生在作业截止日期后即可查看 Similarity Report。从不：学生永远无法查看 Similarity Report。）

其中两种你自己就能验证。如果作业写着「报告在截止日生成」，或者批改一直没出，那就是「截止日后」设置在工作；如果你已经被批改、报告却还是打不开，老师很可能选的是「永不开放」——这也是带斜线纸张图标的设置（下文细说）。

同一份指南里有一句话会改变你对整件事的理解：

"Please note that the report availability settings only control when students can view the report. The report is still generated for the instructor at the time of submission."（请注意，报告可用性设置仅控制学生何时可以查看报告。报告仍会在提交时为教师生成。）

翻译过来：老师选「截止日后」或「永不开放」时，报告在你提交那一刻仍然生成了——老师那边立即就能打开。「我看不到」从来都不等于「它不存在」，只等于「老师设置了保留，只有老师能释放它」。如果你正在学术诚信讨论里，这份报告即使你从没见过也已经存在，正确做法是问清楚指的是哪份报告（拿到后怎么区分 AI 报告与相似度报告，见两种报告的区别）。

Similarity 栏里图标的视觉状态与设置一一对应：

• 灰色图标：老师端页面「Interpreting the Similarity Report」写道："Similarity Reports that have not yet finished generating are represented by a grayed out icon in the Similarity column."——报告还没生成完。
• 纸张图标带斜线：学生版指南写的是"a slash through the paper icon indicates that the instructor has turned off student access to the Similarity Report"——这就是「永不开放」设置的图形表现。
• Similarity 栏里是短横线："If the submission shows a dash in the Similarity column the Similarity Report is still being generated."——仍然在处理。

所以图标是「设置的读出器」，不是「进度条」。灰色和短横线可能表示还在处理（10–15 分钟或重交 24 小时的窗口，见报告要等多久），而斜线表示老师关闭了学生访问。学生常把三种都当成「我的报告卡住了」——其实只有前两种跟处理有关。

Turnitin 帮助中心的「My students can't see their Similarity Reports」按顺序列出了原因：

"The most common cause is the release of the Similarity Report to students is turned off at the assignment level."（最常见的原因是在作业级别关闭了向学生发布 Similarity Report 的功能。）

"If the assignment is set to release the Similarity Report to students after the due date, student won't see it until that date passes."（如果作业设置为在截止日期后向学生发布 Similarity Report，学生在该日期过去之前将无法看到它。）

"If the assignment is set to release the Similarity Report to students after the assignment is graded, students will see the report once the assignment has been graded."（如果作业设置为在作业评分后向学生发布 Similarity Report，学生将在作业评分完成后看到报告。）

"If the Similarity Report release is left at its default setting of Immediate, student reports will be processed in batches. Reports will be viewable as each batch processes... typically within 10-20 minutes."（如果 Similarity Report 的发布保持默认的立即设置，学生报告将分批处理。每批处理完成后即可查看报告……通常在 10-20 分钟内。）

即使是「立即」模式，报告也会按批次处理，可能要等 10–20 分钟——这是真实但短暂的等待。刚提交几分钟，诚实的答案可能就是「等一会儿再刷新」。提交了几小时甚至几天报告还没出现，那就是设置问题，只有老师能改。

作业允许重交时，出现哪份报告很关键。Canvas 官方的 Similarity Report 设置 FAQ 写道：

"If the assignment allows multiple submissions, the Similarity Report will be available for the most recent submission and will be based on the highest similarity document."（如果作业允许多次提交，Similarity Report 将适用于最近一次提交，并将基于相似度最高的文档。）

也就是说，你看到的报告对应相似度最高的那份提交——不是平均分，也不一定是最后一份文件自己的分数。这与 Turnitin 下载 PDF 的单篇限制一致（下载一份相似度报告 PDF 会拿到什么，见下载报告 PDF）。

• 老师：一直能看到——报告在提交时就生成，与开放设置无关。
• 学生：只有在老师设置允许时才能看到（立即、批改后、截止日后、永不）。
• 其他人：Turnitin 不会把你的报告或论文放进公共空间。你的论文与另一名学生论文匹配，走的是受控的请求流程（见跨机构论文查看请求）——收件箱里看到匹配，不等于论文可以被人直接阅读。

要分开的两项权限：_学生能不能看相似度报告_（本文）与 _学生能不能看 AI 写作报告_——那是完全另一套权限（见学生能看到 AI 分数吗）。

相似度报告消失或变灰，是设置问题，不是玄学。Turnitin 的四个开放选项——立即、批改后、截止日后、永不——由老师设置，而且无论哪种，报告在提交时都已生成。先读图标：斜线代表访问被关闭；灰色或短横线代表还在生成（批次 10–20 分钟，重交最多 24 小时）。如果确实需要报告而设置又不会变，向前一步是和老师提一个清楚的请求——而不是假设系统坏了。
