Turnitin 相似度报告要等多久？处理时间、待处理状态、什么才算真出问题

Turnitin 官方学生指南说相似度报告通常在提交后 10 到 15 分钟内生成，且特定学年可能出现的极端使用、或超大文件的提交，会改变生成时间。重交或覆盖的文件要生成新报告最多等 24 小时。如果提交磁贴显示「处理中」「截止日期后可用」或「处理失败」——每种状态意思不同，其中只有一部分需要你做点什么。

官方「开启相似度报告」页面直接写了标准窗口：

"Similarity Reports are usually generated within 10 to 15 minutes of submission."（Similarity Report 通常在提交后 10 到 15 分钟内生成。）

并记录了例外：

"Depending on extreme usage that may occur during a particular academic year, or because of the submission of a very large file, report generation time may vary."（根据特定学年中可能出现的极端使用情况，或者由于提交了非常大的文件，报告生成时间可能会有所不同。）

Turnitin 的加载延迟排查页重复了同样的数字，并补充了重交的情况：

"Uploaded files can take up to 10-15 minutes to process and generate a Similarity Report."（上传的文件最多可能需要 10 到 15 分钟来处理并生成 Similarity Report。）

"Overwritten or resubmitted files may take up to 24 hours to generate a new Similarity Report to allow resubmissions to correctly process without matching to the previous draft."（覆盖或重新提交的文件可能最多需要 24 小时才能生成新的 Similarity Report，以便重新提交的内容能够正确处理，而不会与之前的草稿进行匹配。）

所以 10-15 分钟是文档里写的基线，不是保证；极端使用和大文件会移动窗口；重交有自己的 24 小时规则。

重交的时间规则写在 Turnitin 的报告生成页：

"You are allowed three resubmission attempts where the Similarity Report will generate immediately."（您有三次重新提交尝试的机会，在这些尝试中 Similarity Report 将立即生成。）

"After three attempts, you'll have to wait 24 hours before a new Similarity Report can be generated."（三次尝试后，您必须等待 24 小时才能生成新的 Similarity Report。）

"Resubmission attempts are shared between you and your instructor. If they attempt to resubmit on your behalf one of your attempts will be used."（重新提交的尝试次数由您和您的讲师共享。如果他们代表您尝试重新提交，将使用您的一次尝试次数。）

这和自查指南（Draft Coach / 重交路径）里的规则是同一个：前三次立即生成，第四次起等 24 小时。多次重交后出现「报告还在生成」的时刻，通常是重交时钟在工作，不是系统变慢。

Turnitin 学生指南描述了提交磁贴可能显示的三种非数字状态：

• 处理中：Turnitin 还没对比完你的提交——过几分钟再来看。
• 截止日期后可用：只有到了列出的日期（即作业截止日期）你才能看到报告——这是教师的报告生成设置，不是延误。
• 处理失败 / 超时：Turnitin 生成报告时遇到问题——截图，用邮件发给教师说明。

「截止日期后可用」值得单独点出来，因为它根本不是处理延误：教师把作业设置成截止日期才生成相似度报告。报告没有卡住——它本来就不该在那个日期之前存在。

Turnitin 的加载延迟排查页列出了常见失败原因：

"Files containing dense vector images: This can cause the file to take too long, or fail, to process. Replace any vector images (AI, EPS, WMF, and PICT) in the file with raster images (jpg/jpeg, psd, png, tiff, bmp and gif) and try submitting again."（包含密集矢量图像的文件：这可能导致文件处理时间过长或处理失败。将文件中的任何矢量图像（AI、EPS、WMF 和 PICT）替换为光栅图像（jpg/jpeg、psd、png、tiff、bmp 和 gif），然后尝试重新提交。）

这些都是文件侧的问题，有文档写明的修法——不是排队等一等就能过去的。

同一批官方页面给出的「等」和「动」的分界线是：

• 等：10-15 分钟窗口内的短横线或「处理中」；「截止日期后可用」——报告是教师设置成稍后生成的。
• 动：「处理失败」或「超时」状态——截图，邮件发给教师；过了文档写的窗口、也检查过文件侧原因之后报告仍不出现——联系教师或 Turnitin 管理员。
• 先自己修：文件侧原因（密集矢量图、首页无文字只有图、第三方 PDF、密码保护）都有文档写明的修法——改文件、重交、然后再升级。

文档写的 24 小时重交上限也意味着：如果你需要赶在截止日前拿到报告，规划好重交次数，让时钟为你工作，而不是跟你作对。

Turnitin 自己的页面设定了预期：相似度报告通常在提交后 10-15 分钟内生成；极端使用或超大文件会改变窗口；重交的文件最多 24 小时。提交磁贴上的每种状态各有含义——「处理中」是等，「截止日期后可用」是教师设置，「处理失败」需要截图发给教师。大多数「报告不见了」的时刻，要么在文档写的窗口内，要么是文件侧的问题且有文档修法。搞清楚自己处于哪种状态，就是「平静地等」和「正确地升级」的区别。
