什么是 Turnitin 的 Submission ID（Paper ID），在哪里找？

你的 Submission ID——也叫 Paper ID——是 Turnitin 给每篇提交论文分配的唯一标识。三个地方可以找到：作业收件箱里的 PAPER ID 列、Feedback Studio 的论文信息面板（那里写作 Submission ID）、以及提交成功后拿到的数字收据。收据值得保存：Turnitin 帮助中心建议每篇提交都下载保存，因为论文丢失时，技术支持要靠这个号来追踪。

Turnitin 官方页面「Finding a Turnitin paper ID」给出了定义：

"Turnitin paper IDs are created when papers are submitted to Turnitin, and act as unique identifiers."（Turnitin 论文 ID 在论文提交至 Turnitin 时创建，并用作唯一标识符。）

"There are three ways to locate a paper ID in Turnitin:"（在 Turnitin 中有三种方式可以查找论文 ID：）

同一页面说明了叫法差异：

"The paper ID (referred to as Submission ID) can be found at the top of this list of items."（论文 ID（称为 Submission ID）可以在该项目列表的顶部找到。）

叫法取决于你在哪看，不是 ID 本身不同。有的界面写 Paper ID，有的写 Submission ID——学生拿着一个名字去找、屏幕上却显示另一个名字，是常见的困惑来源。

同一份官方页面给出了三个位置：

"In any assignment inbox of your Turnitin account, you'll find the paper ID for each student submission in the PAPER ID column."（在您 Turnitin 账户的任何作业收件箱中，您都可以在 PAPER ID 列中找到每个学生提交的论文 ID。）

Turnitin 帮助中心页面「My submission is missing」说明了收据的作用：

"When you successfully submit a paper to Turnitin, the system generates a digital receipt containing a unique submission ID."（当您成功向 Turnitin 提交论文时，系统会生成一个包含唯一 Submission ID 的数字回执。）

"We highly recommend downloading and saving this receipt for every submission."（我们强烈建议为每次提交下载并保存此回执。）

Dundee 的 LibGuide 从学生角度讲了同一件事：

"When you submit an assessment, you will receive a digital receipt. 匿名提交的细节尤其值得知道："Knowing the paper ID is key to the process, particularly as most work is submitted anonymously."（论文大多匿名提交，知道 Paper ID 是定位的关键。）评分匿名时，Paper ID 是少数几个能把提交与正确学生对应起来的方式之一——这正是丢收据最痛的时刻。

收据不是一次性产物。大学 LTI 指南描述了重新下载的方法：

• Reading：「提交成功横幅里就能下载数字收据，事后也可以从提交点下载。」在 Feedback Studio 里，「收据也可以从右侧面板下载。」
• Southampton：点提交旁边的记事本图标「会下载这篇论文的数字收据」。
• Turnitin 经典学生 FAQ（仍在线上）："When you successfully submit a paper, your confirmation screen contains your digital receipt. The digital receipt is also automatically emailed to you at this time."（提交成功的确认屏就含数字收据，同时会自动发到你的邮箱。）FAQ 还说，如果收件箱里没有，先查垃圾邮件/广告邮件文件夹。

所以流程是：提交时下载（成功横幅）、保存文件；如果没下载，各 LMS 路径最终都回到同一个面板，可以重新下载。

Turnitin 帮助中心把收据与提交成功绑在一起：

"If you didn't receive a confirmation or digital receipt, you may have missed the final validation step during the upload process. If the upload is interrupted or incomplete, the paper won't reach our servers."（如果您没有收到确认信息或数字回执，您可能在上传过程中错过了最后的验证步骤。如果上传中断或不完整，论文将无法到达我们的服务器。）

经典 FAQ 对确认屏说了同一条规则：

"If you do not receive this confirmation message it is an indication that your paper has not been submitted properly."（如果您没有收到此确认消息，则表明您的论文未正确提交。）

所以「没收到收据」是一个诊断信号，不只是小麻烦：没有收据通常意味着提交没有走完，官方建议的第一步就是重新提交（截止日已过的话先联系老师）。

每篇 Turnitin 提交都有一个唯一 ID：收件箱里叫 Paper ID，Feedback Studio 和收据里叫 Submission ID。三个地方能找：PAPER ID 列、信息面板（列表顶部）、数字收据。收据务必保存——它是提交成功的凭证，带着日期时间和 ID，也是论文丢失时技术支持要的号。匿名评分让 ID 更加重要，因为它是少数几种能追溯提交的方式之一。如果从头到尾没收到收据，把它当提交可能未完成的信号——重新提交，别等到用的时候才发现。
