老师的批注在哪看？Turnitin 报告上的 6 种反馈类型与打开方法
你交了作业，相似度报告也出了，老师说反馈批好了——但打开报告只有匹配百分比，页面上连一个气泡都没有。不是老师没批，而是反馈是一个独立图层，而且要等 post date 之后才放出来。本文按 Turnitin 官方帮助页拆解：总分在哪、六种批注类型各长什么样（气泡评论/QuickMark/行内斜体/删除线/语音总评）、带 rubric 的批注怎么认、以及怎么把相似度高亮关掉专心读批注。

老师的批注不在你最先落到的百分比页里。它在 Feedback Studio（反馈工作室）里，要等作业的 post date（发布日）之后才解锁，并且分成几种不同类型：总评（文字、语音或两者都有）、附在具体文字上的气泡评论、来自老师批注库的 QuickMark、直接嵌进正文的斜体行内评语、以及划在待修改文字上的删除线。Turnitin 官方学生帮助页逐类说明了每种批注和它的位置。
批注到底有哪几种
Turnitin 官方学生页「Viewing your grade and feedback」列出了老师可以留下的反馈类型：
"A summary comment is an overall comment given by your instructor regarding your whole paper."（总评是老师针对整篇论文给出的整体评价。）
"Summary comments may be given via text, a voice recording, or both."（总评可以以文字、语音或两者的形式给出。）
"Bubble comments allow your instructor to provide you with more detailed feedback. A bubble comment may be highlighted and linked to a specific piece of text."（气泡评论用于提供更具体的反馈，可能被高亮并关联到某段具体文字。）
"QuickMarks allow your instructor to create a library of feedback that might be applicable, on multiple occasions, to multiple students, across multiple classes and assignments."（QuickMark 是老师创建的批注库，可跨多次、跨多班、跨多作业复用。）
"Inline comments are brief comments made by an instructor. They are indicated by italicized text directly on the submission."（行内评论是简短评语，直接以斜体文字标注在提交上。）
"Your instructor may feel that parts of your paper are not entirely necessary. They may choose to strike through pieces of text to advise you that it should be removed or revised."（老师可能认为某些部分不必要，用删除线划掉以提示你删除或修改。）
所以「反馈」不是一个东西。同一篇论文上可能同时有：某段的行内短评、另一段的 QuickMark、一条划掉的待改句子、外加一段对整个作业的语音总评。
反馈什么时候能看见
反馈只在作业的 post date 之后放出来。大学帮助指南（BLE Moodle）说得很直接：
"Please note that Feedback can only be viewed after the Post Date, ie when they have been released to you for viewing."（请注意：反馈只能在 post date 之后查看，也就是发布给你之后。）
大学 LibGuides（Dundee）也是同一规则：「评分发布后，你就能看到反馈」。
所以如果报告已经生成、但你还没看到任何批注，先查 post date，而不是怀疑浏览器。老师可能早就批完了，只是作业还没到发布时刻。
怎么打开反馈层
Turnitin 官方页描述了入口：
"You can view your paper's overall grade from the top right-hand corner of the Turnitin Feedback Studio."（总分在 Feedback Studio 右上角。）
"To view your instructor's summary comments, select the speech bubble icon from the toolbar."（看总评：点工具栏的气泡图标。）
"If your instructor has left a text comment, it will appear in the side panel."（文字评语出现在侧栏。）
"If your instructor has left a voice comment, it will appear in the side panel. Select the play icon to begin playback."（语音评语也在侧栏，点播放键收听。）
大学指南补充了位置细节：从 LMS 的提交点打开作业后，点相似度百分比或蓝色铅笔图标进入；如果右侧面板没显示，点蓝色气泡图标。最后一步是多数学生漏掉的地方——面板可以隐藏，页面上没有任何提示它存在。
QuickMark 与气泡评论的区别
页面上两种蓝色图标长得像，含义不同。Turnitin 官方页：
"Select the QuickMark to view the definition of the mark."（点 QuickMark 查看该标记的定义。）
"Select the bubble comment icon on your paper to view your instructor's comment."（点气泡评论图标查看老师的评语。）
大学 LibGuides（Dundee）把学生能用的判别方法讲得更清楚：
"This is a 'Quick Mark', it is a default comment. Click it to see more detail, and, in some cases extra information from the tutor."（这是 QuickMark，一个默认评语，点击查看更多细节，有时还有老师的补充信息。）
"This is a bubble comment. It's something the tutor has written specifically for your work. Click it to see what it says."（这是气泡评论，是老师专门针对你的文章写的，点开看内容。）
实际判断法：如果蓝色标记像标准评语（「Good point」「Unclear」「Cite this」），多半是来自可复用库的 QuickMark；如果更长、明显是针对你的文字写的，就是气泡评论。点哪个都会在窗口里展开，点窗口外面关闭。
关联评分标准（rubric）的批注与语音反馈
Turnitin 官方页讲了带 rubric 的情况：
"Criterion can only be assigned to a bubble comment if a rubric or grading form is attached to the assignment."（只有当作业挂了 rubric 或评分表时，批注才能关联评分标准。）
"If a criterion has been assigned to one of your bubble comment, the bubble comment icon will be displayed with a rubric icon inside it."（如果某条气泡评论关联了标准，气泡图标里会显示一个小小的 rubric 图标。）
气泡里带小格子/rubric 图标 = 这条批注关联了某个评分标准——修改时这很有用，因为它告诉你这条反馈对应评分表的哪一行。
语音反馈在侧栏以小播放器形式出现。Dundee 指南：「如果有语音评论，你会看到一个小播放器，点播放键收听。」
反馈层与相似度层是两个独立图层
相似度高亮与反馈是同一篇论文上的两个独立图层。Dundee LibGuide：
"If you find the similarity colours distracting when you are looking at the feedback you can turn the similarity layer off."（看反馈时如果相似度颜色干扰你，可以把相似度层关掉。）
这有两层含义。第一，阅读顺序：先开反馈层读批注，要看匹配高亮时再开相似度层。第二，下载跟着当前图层走——从 Feedback Studio 下载的 PDF 抓的是当前视图，所以同一篇论文可以只开批注层导出、或只开相似度层导出（详见本批次「相似度报告怎么下载」一文）。
底线
Turnitin 提交上的老师反馈是一个独立图层，与相似度报告分开，且只在 post date 之后出现。打开 Feedback Studio，最多能看到六种：总分、总评（文字或语音）、气泡评论、QuickMark、行内斜体评语、删除线。按这个顺序读：打开反馈层 → 看右侧面板（没显示就点气泡图标）→ 逐个点开标记看内容 → 带 rubric 图标的气泡当作评分标准的指针。如果什么都没显示，先查 post date——批注存在，只是还没放出来。
