HumanPen

Lower the AI rate of your paper - without lowering its standard

HumanPen's rewrite engine is tuned for academic English: terminology, citations, and data stay exact, and the output still reads like scholarship, not like a thesaurus accident.

The hard part of academic text: keeping it academic

Terminology must not be synonym-swapped, citation formats must not move, and data must not drift - the classic failure of generic rewriters is turning "significant difference" into "big gap". HumanPen rewrites in an academic register, and in-text citations plus the reference list are recognized and protected during processing.

Frequently asked questions

Do you support papers written in Chinese?

Not yet. The rewrite engine is currently tuned for English text; Chinese-paper support is on the roadmap.

Will citations or references get mangled?

No. In-text citations and the reference list are recognized and protected during rewriting; their format stays as-is.

How is this different from a free paraphraser?

Synonym swapping keeps the AI sentence skeleton (which is mostly what detectors read) and often breaks terminology. Semantic-level rewriting restructures sentence shape and rhythm while locking terminology, data, and citations.

What about formulas and figures?

Untouched. Formulas, figures, and table structures are not part of the text rewrite; their positions and contents stay the same.

Is there a length limit?

No page limit. Passages are processed in parallel, so even a paper of tens of thousands of words usually finishes within minutes.
